The below noodles are Chefs' recommendation and still can be replaced with any one of the followings:-

Mee/Bi Hun/Lai Fan/Spaghetti/Spinach Noodle/Chilli Noodle/Seaweed Noodle

Legend :

Lai Fan = Transparent noodle
Sambal Belachan = Chilli Paste
Tempe = Fermented Beans
Kerabu = A mixture of shreded vegetables (cucumber, onions, beansprout or some other vege)
Otak-otak = Fish with pounded spices
Sambal Sotong = Chilli Squid
Tofu Pok = Dried Beancurd
Tauhu = Beancurd
Acar = A mixture of cucumber, carrot, pineapple, chilli and onion
Cili Masin = Salted chilli
Bergedil =Potato Cutlets
Papadam=Crackers
